Purpose-built forest machines and cable winches
Pfanzelt was founded in 1991, starting with the production and installation of geared cable winches, and has built its reputation on innovation, cost efficiency and safety in forestry work ever since. Each machine is built in Pfanzelt’s own factory and put through rigorous quality checks before it leaves the line. Its machines include the remote-controlled Moritz carrier, which Exc@v8 also converts for firefighting.
Pfanzelt’s range covers two forestry tractors, the Felix and the Pm Trac, and the K Trac implement carrier for municipal work. Alongside them come the S-line, Profi and logLINE forwarding trailers, Pfanzelt’s own loading and tractor cranes, and the cable winches the company started with.
Alongside its forest machines, Pfanzelt is known for its winch technology — and Exc@v8’s work with Pfanzelt has extended that expertise into mountain biking, where the two have worked together to change how trails are built and renovated.
Exc@v8 is the sole UK and Ireland dealer for Pfanzelt, working directly with customers to match Pfanzelt’s equipment to the job.
