Dynaset HRVB Hydraulic Recycling Vacuum Bucket
Dynaset's HRVB Hydraulic Recycling Vacuum Bucket gives an excavator or material handler vacuum and air blow from its own hydraulics, 3.4 m³/s at -8 kPa, for cleaning sites, roadsides and railways and sorting light materials, in a standard and a Heavy Duty version.
- Vacuum and air blow in one bucket, from the carrier's hydraulics
- 3.4 m³/s of air flow at -8 kPa
- Hatch adjusted hydraulically from the cab; auxiliary suction port and hose
- For site, road, railway and tramway cleaning and sorting light materials
- Standard and Heavy Duty versions
Overview
Dynaset’s HRVB Hydraulic Recycling Vacuum Bucket is a bucket for excavators and material handlers that vacuums and blows air, powered by the carrier’s hydraulics. It collects light materials such as plastic, wood, insulation wool and expanded clay aggregate, and blows debris clear for cleaning.
Uses
It cleans and sorts material on construction and demolition sites, vacuums roadsides, coastal areas and city streets, markets and parks after events, collects leaves, and vacuums or blows tramways and railways clear. Sorting light materials on site in this way cuts the cost of waste disposal. The Heavy Duty version is built for demolition sites.
How it works
Oil from the carrier’s pressure line drives the bucket’s integrated HCF hydraulic centrifugal fan, which produces an air flow of up to 3.4 m³/s at -8 kPa. The operator adjusts the suction hatch hydraulically from the cab, and an auxiliary suction port with a vacuum hose at the back lets a worker on foot collect material by hand. Special filter bags suit different jobs, and the bucket fits a range of quick couplers.
Options
A hydraulic slewing drive (DR9-160 cc) for precise bucket movement, a quick-coupling kit to suit the machine, and a sound suppressor for noise-sensitive and urban sites, which fits both versions.
Recognition
The HRVB won the Intermat Innovation Awards 2024 in the earthmoving, demolition and transport category, and the SaMoTer Innovation Award 2026 in the lifting and attachments category.
Choosing a version
Both versions have the same air flow, vacuum and hydraulic needs; the Heavy Duty version is larger and heavier for demolition work. The table gives each one’s figures.
Sizes in this range
| Designation | Version | Max. vacuum (kPa) | Max. air flow (m³/s) | Oil flow max. (l/min) | System pressure (bar) | L × W × H (mm) | Weight (kg) |
