M515
The M515 Menzi Master is the most powerful 14-tonne tracked excavator Menzi Muck builds — a telescopic-track undercarriage, a 115 kW Deutz engine and zero tail swing, for low-ground-pressure work where a standard excavator can't go.
- Telescopic track frame — extends/retracts undercarriage width in under 30 seconds
- Zero tail swing
- Track pads up to 2,000 mm wide; floor contact area over 14 m² in standard configuration
- Climb ratio up to 97%
- APM controller — fuel savings of up to 30%

Overview
The M515 Menzi Master has up to 70% more hydraulic power available than the nearest competitor in its class. Its telescopic track frame extends or retracts the undercarriage in under 30 seconds, reaching lengths up to 4.5 m with track pads up to 2,000 mm wide, for a floor contact area over 14 m² in standard configuration and a climb ratio of up to 97%. Zero tail swing and special wide-angle kinematics give it a previously unknown working envelope and a phenomenally short front-turn radius.
A 115 kW Deutz Turbo-Diesel engine drives Rexroth load-sensing hydraulics with up to five circuits on the boom and three on the undercarriage, including a 195 l/min, 350 bar constant-flow Powerline for power-hungry attachments. The APM controller cuts fuel use by up to 30% by matching engine and hydraulics moment to moment. Lifting capacity reaches 9,400 kg at a 3 m radius, from an unladen weight of 14,500 kg — making it an ideal tool carrier for heavy attachments previously thought impossible on a machine this size, in low ground pressure, forestry, environmental, conservation, waterways, clearance, demolition and recycling work.
