HSM HCS Cab Suspension
HSM's HCS cab suspension suspends the cab in every direction on four cylinders with 110 mm of travel, to reduce the vibration and shocks the operator feels. The transport height and the cab lift stay as they were.
- The cab is suspended in every direction, with a direct response
- 110 mm of suspension travel
- Four cylinders, each with an integrated contactless sensor
- Transport height unchanged
- The cab lift is kept, so maintenance access is as before

| Cab lift | HSM cab lift retained |
Overview
The HCS suspends the cab on arms at the front and at the rear, each with its own suspension cylinder: four cylinders in all. Each cylinder has a protected sensor inside it that monitors and controls the suspension. The geometry lets the cylinders work without tension, which gives a direct response.
The hydraulic valve block sits in the vehicle frame, which saves space. The transport height does not change, and HSM’s cab lift is kept, so maintenance access is as before.
