We service, repair and supply genuine parts for the machines we sell, so the team that supplied your machine is the one that keeps it working. We work from our own workshop in Kendal, Cumbria, and on site across mainland UK, Ireland and the islands.
Service and repairs
Our engineers service and repair every brand we sell, from Menzi Muck walking excavators to forestry machines and attachments, in the workshop or on site. Menzi Muck owners have 24-hour support.
We also service and repair the tiltrotators and quick couplers we supply, from Steelwrist, Gjerstad, Wimmer and EMA. The same goes for the used Menzi Muck machines we sell.
Genuine parts
We supply genuine parts for the brands we sell, made for the machine by its manufacturer. We also supply Motorex and Fuchs oils, greases and sprays, so a service has everything it needs to hand.
Lifting equipment: LOLER and PUWER
Our engineers work to LOLER and PUWER guidelines on lifting equipment and are trained in inspection by the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA).
Our workshop in Kendal
Service and parts run from our workshop at Mealbank Mill Industrial Estate, Kendal, in the Lake District. It also takes in plant of other makes: bring in what needs fixing and our engineers will take a look. We build and convert machinery there too; see Fabrication.
