M415
The M415 is Menzi Muck's heavy tracked excavator built on M4-series technology — independently extendable crawler frames, a 105 kW Deutz engine and Menzi's Triple Power Boom, for work where a walking excavator's spider undercarriage isn't the fit.
- Independently extendable crawler frames, climbing ability up to 90%
- I-Control intelligent machine control architecture with 12" touchscreen
- Triple Power Boom — 114% more breakout force on the boom cylinder, 22% more on the stick cylinder, than the previous generation
- 1.6 m extendable telescopic stick
- Weight: from 14,800 kg (600 mm crawler) / 15,500 kg (900 mm crawler)*

Overview
The M415 carries Menzi Muck’s M4-series technology — the same Triple Power Boom kinematics, I-Control electronics and 12” touchscreen as the walking excavators — onto a conventional wide-track crawler undercarriage instead of the spider/walking chassis. Independently extendable crawler frames let the left and right sides be adjusted separately for the optimal working position, with a climbing ability of up to 90% on steep or difficult ground.
Power comes from a 105 kW Deutz Turbo-Diesel engine, driving Rexroth LUDV load-sensing hydraulics through a 260 l/min working pump. The refined power-boom kinematics give 114% more breakout force on the boom cylinder and 22% more on the stick cylinder than the previous generation, backed by a 1.6 m extendable telescopic stick for reach. Weight starts from 14,800 kg on 600 mm crawlers, or 15,500 kg on the widest 900 mm option.
*Weight depends on final equipment specification.
