Dynaset HVB Hydraulic Vibra
Dynaset's HVB Hydraulic Vibra turns an excavator's or backhoe's hydraulic power into vibration at the bucket, for digging into frozen, hard or rocky ground, emptying sticky soil, compacting, driving piles and cutting asphalt, on machines up to 20 tonnes.

Overview
Dynaset’s HVB Hydraulic Vibra adds vibration to an excavator’s or backhoe’s bucket, or another attachment, using the machine’s own hydraulics. It helps a compact excavator take on work that would otherwise need a larger machine.
What vibration adds
The bucket penetrates frozen, hard and rocky ground more easily, and sticky soil empties from it without shaking the joystick. The same vibration compacts soil, drives piles and adds force to the blade when cutting asphalt, leaving fewer cracks in the surface.
How it works
The Vibra connects to one of the excavator’s auxiliary hydraulic lines, with its output in parallel with the bucket cylinder connections. It creates a controlled pulsation in the bucket cylinder’s oil supply, which shakes the bucket or attachment at 19 to 30 Hz, depending on the model, and the operator switches it on from a joystick button.
On the machine
The unit is compact and fits on the boom. With proper lubrication it doesn’t wear the pins or bushings, and it puts less strain on the boom than a hydraulic hammer or rock breaker.
Choosing a size
The three models are matched to the carrier: up to 5 tonnes, 4 to 10 tonnes and 7 to 20 tonnes. The table gives each one’s frequency, oil flow, pressure, size and weight.
