Konrad KDH40-1 Thinning Harvester
The Konrad KDH40-1 is a tracked thinning harvester built on a Wacker Neuson ET90, with a Woody WH40-2 harvester head, a 9.3 m reach and an upper carriage that tilts up to 22° to compensate on slopes.

Overview
The KDH40-1 is Konrad’s tracked harvester for first thinnings, built to make them economical. It is modular, so it can be configured to the customer’s needs, and its light weight and compact design make it straightforward to transport.
On steep terrain
The upper carriage tilts to compensate on slopes, up to 22°. Climbing aids on the tracks, a hydraulic winch, the Power Boost hydraulic accumulator and an optional rear counterweight add grip and stability.
Crane and head
An optimised main boom improves the kinematics, and the 1,500 mm telescopic extension, with its hoses routed inside, takes the reach to 9.3 m. The KDH works with the Konrad Woody WH40-2 harvester head, which has a gripper function and the Konrad endless rotator.
KDH Multi
With the KDH Multi option, the KDH can also take a tree shear (feller), a mulcher, an embankment rake or a timber grapple, changed with a quick-change system.
