Overview
An auxiliary traction winch gives the machine rope-supported drive on steep ground, and together with traction belts makes a system for careful timber harvesting on slopes. It is a driving aid: while the machine works with the traction winch, it must still stand safely without the rope’s support.
Exc@v8 supplies and supports HSM forestry machines and their winches in the UK. See the other HSM traction winches.
